How long have you been in business?
Fleur Cebu started operating on February 2018. We’ve catered to thousands of orders within Talisay, Cebu , Mandaue and Lapu2x.
From where do you operate?
We’d like to keep everything online for now. Since 2018, we’ve been fulfilling orders from our own residential address.
What are dried flowers?
Dried flowers are real flowers that underwent a process to be dried and preserved. Compared to the natural way of drying flowers, our supplier’s process allows us to retain the beauty of the real flowers without making them look “shrinked”.
How long can dried flowers last?
Dried flowers can last for 1-2 years with minimal care.
What are your care tips for dried flowers?
Make sure to keep them away from any form of humidity or water droplet as this can easily trigger mold formation. Also, keep them away from direct sunlight. Make sure to gently dust them off every now and then, too.
Where are your dried flowers from?
Our dried flowers are imported from China and some other countries like Holland.
I’ve noticed some molds on my dried flowers, what do I do?
It’s pretty common to find molds on dried flowers. One easy way to get rid of them is to spray some alcohol and get them air-dried. There is a chance that molds will reappear so it’s a good idea to keep a spray alcohol handy.
Can dried flowers trigger allergies?
Some dried flowers do have “pollen-like” particles. Contact us so we can let you know if the bouquet you’re about to order has any of this.
Is it safe to have dried flowers as a cake decoration/topper?
Many bakers use dried flowers to decorate their cake however we highly advise that you take extra care when doing so as chemicals were used to dry these flowers and these chemicals are not really edible.
Do you customize bouquet arrangements?
Yes, we do! You may contact us on our Instagram or Facebook page so we can give you a quote.
What are your modes of payment?
You may pay your order via debit cards, credit cards, Gcash or bank transfer.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do sell virtual vouchers.
Do you have subscription plans?
Yes, we have weekly, biweekly or monthly subscription plans for dried or fresh flowers. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Do you offer loyalty points?
We plan on rolling this out soon. Kindly follow us on our social media channels so you will be notified when this is ready.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we can ship nationwide however not all our products are suitable for shipment. You may filter products deemed as “safe for shipping” on our Shop page.
Can you ship outside the Philippines?
Sorry, we are unable to do this for now.
How are shipping prices calculated for nationwide orders?
We base it on the courier’s price after hence we only give you an estimate at the point of purchase. After which, we’ll send you a receipt for the actual amount which is either higher or lower than the estimate, We’ll refund if it’s lower or request for additional payment if it’s higher.
How do you deliver products within Cebu City, Talisay, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu?
We deliver them via Lalamove or Maxim.
What happens if my order is damaged while in transit?
We’ll work closely with you to find out how the damage occurred. What will most likely to happen is that courier will be paying for the damage and while waiting for it to be settled, we will send a new item your way.
Where are your packages shipped from?
They are all shipped from our storage hub in Tisa, Cebu City.
How can we track our order?
We will send you a link to track your order directly from the courier’s website or app.
How can I request for a refund?

What can I request a refund for?
You may request a refund due to any of the following:
1. Damaged item upon receipt
2. Missing item upon receipt
3. Lost parcel
Where is my refund?
When you’ve received an email from us confirming that your refund is being processed, kindly allow us 7 business days to process such request and return the money to you.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately because all our products are made-to-order, we are unable to process returns or exchanges based only on change of mind or preference. Please make sure to finalize the details of your order before placing them. We’d be more than happy to answer your questions!
